The minimum age for booking is 25. The entire reservation balance is due at the time of booking. We do not offer any holds or deposits to secure your booking and dates. We recommend you reserve quickly, as we book out fast.

At the time of booking, we ask for a security deposit of $250. This is case of the unlikely event of any damage to items or the property. Your deposit is reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released following our inspection of the space after your check out.

Casa Areito’s front door smart lock may be accessed any time after check-in (3:00 pm) with your access code (self-check-in process). In case of any difficulties, staff members are available to assist you.

Our standard cancellation policy offers a 100% refund for any cancellation made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in is at least 14 days away. Additionally, you may cancel penalty-free any time before 60 days prior to your arrival date. Thereafter, we will refund 75% for any cancellation that occurs 59-30 days prior to your arrival, 50% for any cancellation that occurs 29-15 days prior to your arrival.

As much as we recognize how much you (and we) love pets, unfortunately pets are not allowed.
