What are Casa Areito guest behavior expectations?
You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
To keep our property in outstanding condition and to maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood, we have a few rules in place:
1) No parties. No visitors. No unapproved guests.
All guest names must be submitted prior to booking. We require a government-issued photo ID from the person who booked, plus everyone on the guest list.
If you want to have a guest, then you will need to submit their names prior to booking. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. So, please let us know if you want to have guests and, if so, then how many. We are very strict with our guest policy because it helps us maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood. It also helps us stay well within the limits of the law. If a property goes over capacity, then we will become at risk of losing our permit and we will have to ask you to leave.
2) Smoking indoors is prohibited. Likewise, the use of vapes, e-cigarettes, and the like. Outdoor smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
3) Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
Once again, this is to help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere for all guests and our neighbors.
4) Please do not hang clothing items or towels outdoors. There is a retractable clothesline in every bathroom for this purpose.
5) Check-in is after 3:00pm. If conditions allow it, we will accommodate your early check in on a case-by-case basis. Early check-ins will incur an administrative fee determined by how many hours prior to the set check-in time. Please inform us as to your arrival time.
Our check-out time is 10:00am. Our late check-out fee is $25 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. If you would like to have a late check-out, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.
6) In an effort to keep Casa Areito’s rates competitive and use resources responsibly, we ask that you turn off lights, appliances, and air conditioning when you leave the property.
